Candlelit Yoga on board The Daffodil

Ever wanted to practice yoga by candlelight on a boat?! ... Well now you can!

Join us for a unique yoga experience floating on the Mersey waters aboard the beautiful daffodil boat with soft soothing candlelight.

Stretch, breathe, and unwind with an energising & grounding flow to invite heat into the body before we relax into a deep savasana.

We'll explore breathwork & a gentle flow before we rest to the healing sound of singing bowls.
Perfect for all levels & all abilities welcome - come & connect with your body and the gentle rhythm of the waves.

Please bring things to keep you warm & cosy! Thick socks, cosy jumpers and blankets are recommended!
