Kat and Katy are joining together again for this to deliver a beautiful experience combining the power of Breathwork, nurturing of Soundhealing and magic and wisdom of Cacao ceremony. Thisnourishing experience is aimed at raising individual and collective vibration.

Join us for an incredible evening of healing, relaxation and rejuvenation as we center this gathering around balancing and restoration of the nervous system, allowing it to reset and deeply relax, while gently opening our hearts to new with sacred cacao.

We will start with the Cacao ceremony, to arrive into the space, be present in the moment, express gratitude, and set positive intentions for the ceremony and beyond. As we drink ceremonial-grade cacao, it will help to focus the mind, clarify goals, and manifest desired outcomes.

Then Katy, who is an experienced trauma informed breath facilitator, will guide you through a meditation to help build a connection to yourself and your inner world. She will then guide you through a breathing technique using called ‘Harmonic Breathing’ using specially orchestrated music. This is designed to provide deep and restorative nurture to your nervous system which will help to:

- Reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress

- Regulate blood pressure

- Increase Oxygenation of the blood at a cellular level

- Improve immune system

- Increase Energy Levels and productivity

- Enhance personal relationships

Then Kat, CMA qualified energy and sound healer, will wrap you in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, shamanic instruments, and a gong, as they work their magic to restore harmony and balance to you mind, body, and spirit.

Prepare to experience a state of deep relaxation as she guides you through a unique sound journey. The resonating vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash away any stress or tension, while the shamanic instruments and gong will help release any blocked energy, creating space for new, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

We will also use carefully selected aromatherapy tools to help the sound and healing integration throughout.

These practices will prepare your physical and emotional bodies for a restful nights sleep, clear outs energies which are ready to be let go of, right in time to welcome in the Spring Equinox just a few days later.

No previous experience is necessary, and all* are welcome to attend. Just bring yourself, a comfortable mat, blanket and a pillow to lie on, and an open mind. Allow the power of sound to wash over you, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
