This is an opportunity for a deep dive into creative wellness methods, which include the instructor's personal story and resources for using creativity as a therapeutic tool. You'll engage in guided mindfulness sessions to quiet your inner critic and practice the simple, healing art of meditative painting—the art of painting nothing.
