Unfiltered: The History of Drag with Ava Lashay

This October, Unfiltered welcomes Ava Lashay, beloved Livermore drag queen and board member of Livermore PRIDE. Ava will share the rich history of drag as an art form, exploring its cultural roots and its role in self-expression and community. After her talk, guests are invited to join a Q+A where Ava will answer questions and spark meaningful conversation.

Doors will open at 6:30p, and Ava will begin around 6:45p. Following the presentation, we'll have time for Q&A with Ava and Brittni Kiick, also board member at Livermore Pride.

Additionally, $5 from every ticket purchased will go diretly towards Livermore Pride.

Unfiltered is a seminar series at Omega Road Winery where experts share big ideas in engaging, approachable talks. Each speaker will give a short (20–30 minute) presentation designed to spark curiosity and inspire conversation. Afterward, guests can join in a lively Q+A while enjoying wine (or a NA beverage) and small bites for a night that blends learning, community, and connection.
