About the event

Science@Play: The Moon is Always Full
The Moon is Always Full
March 27–29, 2026

In a world shaped by artificial intelligence, who controls the data—and who pays the price?

Science@Play continues with The Moon is Always Full by 2026 commissioned playwright Cleavon Smith. When a so-called “good-for-nothing” son teams up with a whistleblower inside his mother’s company, they uncover a clinical trial for AI-enhanced anxiety treatment that may be something far more dangerous.

Experience this gripping new work in an intimate, lightly staged reading, followed by a conversation that invites you into the heart of the story—and the science behind it.
