This youth theater production boasts over 60 students (ages 8-18) and a student pit orchestra. You will love the sets, costumes, songs and talent of this creative theater group. Set in New York City at the turn of the 20th century, Disney’s Newsies tells the rousing story of Jack Kelly and his band of young newspaper sellers. When publishing giants raise distribution prices, the newsboys take a stand, sparking a strike that unites kids across the city. With energetic dance numbers, soaring songs, and a powerful message about justice and resilience, Newsies is a heart-pounding celebration of the power of young voices to stand up, be heard, and change the world.

PLEASE NOTE: MOST OF OUR STUDENTS WILL BE IN ALL 8 SHOWS. BUT SEVERAL CAST MEMBERS ARE DOUBLE CAST AND WILL BE IN JUST 4 OUT OF THE 8 SHOWS. BE SURE TO CHECK THE LIST BEFORE YOU BUY TICKETS IN ORDER TO SEE YOUR STUDENT'S SHOW.
