A night hike to view the total lunar eclipse.  I have been in touch with EBRPD and confirmed that we can be there after hours if a campsite is reserved, so once a critical mass of people have RSVP'd to this event I will reserve a campsite at Venados Campground, where we can take a snack and water break along Lake Del Valle before heading back up to the ridge.  The eclipse lasts about 3.5 hours.

  - 3:33am - Maximum eclipse
  - 4:02am - Total eclipse ends
  - 5:17am - Partial eclipse ends

Be prepared for a night hike:
 - Dress warm
 - Bring illumination for the trail, backup batteries recommended (red light mode will help preserve night vision for sky gazing)
 - Wear reflective clothing
 - Stay with the group
