Your group can share a cabin together • Coming solo? We’ll make sure only a couple of people share your cabin 🚿 SHOWERS & RESTROOMS • Two newly built shower/restroom houses on the property • Clean, modern, and immaculate facilities • Hot water on demand — no running out of hot water mid-shower • Shower houses are located close to the cabins • No long walks at night if you need to use the facilities 🎨 BARN QUILT PROJECTS • Your retreat package includes your choice of: – 2' x 2' barn quilt – 3' x 3' barn quilt – OR a Ladder Set with four 12" x 12" tiles & wooden ladder • You will pre-select your pattern before camp • All patterns will be pre-drawn on your chosen project surface • Choose your paint colors at camp • Over 100 paint colors will be available to choose from • Everything needed to complete your barn quilt project from beginning to end is included 🛠️ MATERIALS USED • We use ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) • ACM is a professional sign-making material that will not deteriorate • We use true exterior paint for long-lasting durability • Projects are taped using Frog Tape for crisp, clean paint lines ✨ BONUS PROJECT INCLUDED ✨ • Receive a 12" x 18" ACM barn quilt project • Bonus project patterns will be chosen at camp • Learn how to draw a barn quilt pattern • Learn to use a one-time-use stencil 🍽️ FOOD & MEALS • We are incredibly excited about the quality of food that will be served at retreat • Our chef has an amazing menu planned for the weekend • All meals and snacks are included in your retreat experience • More details will be shared as we get closer to retreat • You are welcome to bring along any additional snacks or favorite food items you would like 🥗 SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS • If you have special dietary needs or food allergies, please reach out to us in advance • We want to make sure the chef is prepared so everyone can fully enjoy the retreat experience 🌿 MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION • We have intentionally built downtime into the retreat itinerary • This retreat is meant to be relaxing, creative, and enjoyable at your own pace • Bring a book, take a nap, relax in a hammock, or enjoy a peaceful walk around the beautiful property • The retreat property was formerly a large golf course and offers plenty of scenic space to explore and unwind ✨ OPTIONAL GROUP ACTIVITIES • We will have a couple fun group activities planned throughout the retreat • Participation is completely optional • If you prefer quiet time, solo time, or simply relaxing on your own — that is absolutely encouraged too • We want everyone to feel comfortable enjoying the retreat in whatever way feels best for them ❓ QUESTIONS? • Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have • If you are wondering about something, chances are someone else is wondering the same thing too • We hope this gives a helpful outline of the retreat experience • As we continue planning, there may be details we haven’t thought of yet — so never hesitate to ask • We are happy to help and want everyone to feel comfortable and excited about retreat weekend Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your reservation, we completely understand. A refund will be issued minus a $125 cancellation fee to help offset administrative costs, venue commitments, meals, and supplies purchased in preparation for the event. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Early notice allows us to make any necessary adjustments and potentially offer your spot to someone on our waiting list. Our goal is to be fair and understanding while also honoring the commitments and expenses required to plan a successful retreat experience for all attendees.
