Winter Apprenticeship- Class 2 - Mugwort

This class is part 2 of the Winter Herbalism Apprenticeship, but can be taken as a single class

Anxiety and stress are daily issues in today's society and mugwort is a great ally to help combat not only stress, but to help calm for relaxation and dreaming. In class we will work with live and dried example as make a food item, remedy and witchy ritual/craft.
