The Softening A Full Day Nervous System Restoration Retreat Saturday 11 July - Hahndorf, Adelaide Hills: Saturday | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm 9:00 am – Arrival & Welcome Settle into the space with a warm drink and take a moment to arrive. 9:30 am – Gentle Movement & Breathwork We'll begin with some gentle stretching and simple breathwork practices to help settle the nervous system and fully arrive in the day. 10:00 am – Intention Setting Workshop Together, we'll explore how to set your intention to guide you through the day, creating a meaningful focus to carry into each practice. 11:00 am – Restorative Yoga A deeply supported restorative practice using bolsters, blankets and props, allowing your body to completely soften and rest. 12:00 pm – Nourishing Lunch As with every part of the day, lunch has been thoughtfully chosen to be warm, comforting and nourishing. On the menu: Homemade Chicken & Mushroom Congee, slow-cooked with a rich homemade chicken broth. Fresh focaccia served with a slow-roasted baby tomato spread. Homemade Dark Chocolate, Date & Peanut Bliss Balls to finish. 1:00 pm – Breathwork, Yoga Nidra & Crystal Bowl Sound Journey We'll ease into a deeper breathwork practice before settling into Yoga Nidra, allowing your body to enter a state of profound rest. We'll then finish with a restorative crystal bowl sound journey. 2:30 pm – Tea, Reflection & Connection A gentle space to return, enjoy a warm cup of tea, reflect on the day and connect with one another if you feel called to share. 3:00 pm – Close A day to remember what it feels like to be cared for.
