Come into our cosy studio, high amongst the trees in the Adelaide Hills, and allow yourself to be welcomed into The Nest.

As soon as you walk through the door, your senses are invited to soften. The familiar fragrance, the warmth, the gentle sounds and the flicker of candlelight signal to the body that it is safe to let go.

Your nest is already prepared for you.

Warm feather nests, soft blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and heated therapy bags are all provided, creating the perfect environment to rest, restore and receive.

There is no need to bring anything except yourself, some comfortable clothing and your favourite bed socks.

The evening begins with gentle grounding and breath awareness before you are immersed in a nourishing sound journey using crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound.

As the vibrations move through the body, you are invited to surrender the busyness of the mind and allow the nervous system to settle into a deeper state of calm and restoration.

There is nothing to do.

Nothing to achieve.

Simply an opportunity to receive.
