- **Event Description**: This intimate afternoon retreat offers a cosy, nurturing space to pause, reflect, and reconnect  — a chance to ground yourself in stillness and warmth as we settle into mid-winter.

What to Expect
We’ll start with an opening circle and guided meditation. 

Other activities will include mindful art, intention setting and journaling, plus time to reflect over a warming mug of herbal tea. We'll also learn about the Tanden energy centres (used in martial arts, Reiki, and other energy-focused practices from Japan and China) and practice balancing these 'Oceans of Energy' through meditation. 

Our retreat will include a deeply restorative one-hour sound bath, with Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes and drum to soothe the body, calm the mind, and guide you into peaceful relaxation. 

We finish with a gentle closing circle, giving space for reflection and connection.

This retreat is designed to support you as we move through the darker days of winter — offering rest, nourishment, and a sense of community.
