I’m so happy to finally share that the first Full Moon Nervous System Reset is now open for bookings.

Our first date will be held on June 30th 6pm - 8pm!!!!! 

This has been something quietly unfolding for a little while now, and I’ve taken my time to allow it to come together in a way that feels deeply aligned. 

This is not a class.
It is a full sensory experience.

A space to be gently held and nurtured.
A space where everything else can fall away, and your mind and body are supported to truly let go of what you’ve been carrying.

You may have attended our Restorative classes and felt a quiet pull for something more… more time, more depth, more support.

This is where that space opens.

Over 2 hours, you will be guided through:
• a dedicated breathwork practice
• restorative yoga
• Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation)
• sound therapy
• gentle, hands on Reiki and energy work
• warm tea and a slow, supported closing

You are also welcome to bring along any crystals or small personal items that feel meaningful to you, to deepen your experience.

This is a small and intimate offering, with a maximum of 9 people, allowing the space to be held in a more personal and supported way.
