Join me each week to open, cleanse and rebalance a different chakra. In these powerful sessions we will learn about each chakra - what physical, mental and emotional aspects of the self each one governs, how to recognise imbalances, and how to bring them back into alignment. I will then guide you through a powerful meditation, incorporating positive affirmations and sound healing, to help balance and replenish your sacred energy centres. These sessions will start a light healing process, for your highest good, that will continue for a few hours. Week 1 - ❀ Root/Base chakra This is the chakra of survival, instinct and safety. It helps ensure that you meet your basic needs, both physically and emotionally. Having enough food, water, shelter, and clothing (and the money necessary to have these) satisfies your physical needs. Feeling loved and cared for, as well as connected to others, allows you to satisfy your emotional needs Week 2 - 🧑 Sacral chakra The energy centre of creation. Creation doesn’t only mean creating life, creation includes art, projects, ideas – anything that requires a creative mindset – and even relationships. The sacral chakra teaches you to take care of your emotional and physical needs and expressing your sexuality Week 3 - πŸ’› Solar Plexus Chakra The solar plexus chakra is all about motivation to do things, to fulfill intentions and goals. It’s the one that helps you develop your personal power and fulfill your destiny. Self esteem and self worth come from the Solar Plexus Week 4 - πŸ’š Heart Chakra The Heart chakra serves as the bridge between the lower chakras (which are more β€œphysical” in nature) and the upper chakras (which are more spiritual). It is the energy center of love. This is where we feel unconditional as well as romantic love. Love for ourselves and others, empathy and compassion. If you’re feeling disconnected from others, misunderstood, have a lack of caring, or compassion for others, there is a good chance your heart chakra isn’t balanced Week 5 - πŸ’™ Throat Chakra The Throat chakra is associated with communication, truth, and self-expression. Located at the base of the neck, the throat chakra is responsible for regulating the energy associated with authenticity, creativity, and understanding. Week 6 - πŸ’œ Third Eye Chakra The Third eye chakra is responsible for intuition, imagination, thought, and self-awareness. Located in the middle of the forehead just above the eyes, this chakra helps to regulate the energy associated with insight and wisdom. Week 7 - 🀍 Crown Chakra The Crown chakra is responsible for thought, awareness, wisdom, and our connection to the Divine. Located at the very top of the head, the crown chakra is associated with the color violet and the pituitary gland within the brain. This chakra helps to regulate the energy of consciousness.
