Yoga Nidra means “Yogic Sleep.” It is a state of consciousness and gently focuses the mind while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. In Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to deep sleep yet remain awake. While Yoga Nidra is a state that is very relaxing, it is also used by yogis to purify the Samskaras (the deep impressions that are the driving force behind karma). 

This deeply relaxing class will combine the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra with the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, crystal pyramids, gongs, and other healing instruments. This class is suitable for all-levels and is taught in a reclined position that encourages stillness and brings the practitioner into a meditative state.

When: Wednesday, 12/10 7:45-8:45pm
Cost: $25
Register on Mindbody or arrive a few minutes early and we will get you signed in (no earlier than 15mins before start time though because we will have a class going on until 6:30pm)
