AKHILA YOGA IS AN OPEN, ORGANIC, ADAPTIVE, SCIENTIFIC METHOD FOUNDED IN VEDIC TRADITION AND WISDOM. ALL FACETS OF PRACTICE ARE EXPLORED TO CREATE A HOLISTIC EXPERIENCE. In this 300hr training, you will learn how to creatively sequence and grow your practice into exploring a full range of motion, dive deep into Ayurvedic principles and learn how to apply them to teaching and healing, become a more dynamic teacher by deepening your understanding of movement therapy in order to reach a wider and more complex student audience, delve into the deeper aspects of the energetics of yoga, and ultimately learn to integrate and embody what it means to be a yogi, i.e. taking your practice off the mat and using yogic philosophy to enhance your relationships and community.
