On November 18th, we begin creating a space to be seen and heard, and to see others in our beautiful community. Let’s come together for heart-filled connection, laughter, and a little soul nourishment.
In yoga, satsang means “community in truth”—a gathering of like-minded souls. Your sangha is your spiritual family, and goodness, do we ever need that reminder: to connect, to listen, to be seen with compassion. Sure, the teacher matters—but let’s be honest, the magic is in the vibe.
The energy of the people around you, the feeling that says:
“I feel safe.”
“I feel supported.”
“I feel accepted.”
That’s what these Sip & Share circles are all about. So, bring your tea (or coffee!) and your open heart. Let’s share what’s lighting us up, ask for what we need, and rediscover how much wisdom, warmth, and joy live right here in our community.
