Come join us for a coffee/tea and a casual walk. 

A great opportunity to meet other parents while enjoying the fresh air and nature.


Meet at Millar's Cafe, 80 Westlakes Blvd, Lara VIC 3212, followed by a short walk along the lake. 

Look for an ABA volunteer wearing an ABA black Helpline T-shirt.

That way we can provide you with the mobile number of a volunteer who you can contact on the day in case you cannot find the walking group or are running late.

All are welcome! Not just for those with pram aged babies or children, older children walking on their scooters/bikes are of course welcome too!

All new parents and experienced parents, members and non-members are welcome to come along for breastfeeding/feeding/parent support from our ABA Counsellors.

We are a friendly and supportive group of mums who love to catch up. All new mums and mums second time around, etc. are welcome. We talk about breastfeeding, bottle feeding, line feeding, mixed feeding, sleeping, parenting, or just whatever we feel like. 

All mums are invited regardless of how they feed their babies (breastfed, bottle fed, mix feeding, formula feeding, weaned). 

You don't have to be an ABA member to join us. See you there!
