The Rookie Rumble
The Rookie Rumble will continue in 2021. We had a great turnout last year despite COVID-19, and had proper measures in place. This year, it's going to be on June 19th, 2021. This individual competition is designed specifically for beginner and intermediate level CrossFit athletes who want to experience the CrossFit competition, without the intimidation of competing next to seasoned athletes.
Beginner division is comprised of athletes who have never competed in CrossFit before. These athletes typically do not perform daily workouts to the RX standards.
Intermediate division is for athletes who have competed less than three times already, and who are also not typically performing at RX levels.
WODs are listed below! We always list all workouts at the same time as ticketing. They follow a standard format of using simple movements and easy to understand workouts, to see who is the fittest among beginners and intermediate athletes in the area!

Echo Bike Calories
(Intermediate - 1km (1000 meters) cash out on bike)
RR - WOD-2
15 minute clean ladder - 2 cleans, 1 jerk starting with: 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 115, 125, 135, 155, 175, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235. *1 min at each station, with 45 seconds to make the lift, and 15 second transition.
RR - WOD-3
500/400m row buy in, followed by:
Deadlifts, Burpees over the bar.
(Beginner - 115/75 & Lateral Burpees / Intermediate - 135/95 & Bar Facing Burpees)
