▪️300-meter swim in the Lititz Spring outdoor pool
▪️15.8-mile bike ride through the scenic farmlands of Lititz and Manheim

With a course designed to challenge yet accommodate all levels of experience, participants will enjoy the rolling hills of the bike leg followed by a smooth transition to the running portion. Competitors stand a chance to win cash prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers, medals for category winners, and a first-place award for relay teams.
