It's that time of year again. We are going to have our Crush for the Cure event at the Fishhawk Sports Complex (16000 Fishhawk Blvd; Lithia, FL 33547) benefiting Moffitt Cancer Center. This year's event is being held with tremendous support from Fishhawk Youth Baseball. The event will take place December 5th-7th with some really fun activities and opportunities to support the cause and raise Colorectal Cancer awareness. This year will have our first ever Crush for the Cure Homerun Derby for Fishhawk Baseball ages 6U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 14U, and 16U. Entry fee will be $20 pp. Entry fee will paid via Venmo on the Sign Up Genius. We will have movie night at the park, where we will have professional outdoor movie theater and sound system to watch The Sandlot, so bring your chairs and blankets. Cost of admission will be $10 pp paid in cash or Venmo on the night of the event. In addition to amazing raffles (services, sports memorabilia, gift cards, etc.; $5 per ticket or $20 for five tickets), t-shirts, and, 50/50 ($5 per ticket or $20 for five tickets), we will have food, coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream, and more. Soon we will be sharing information about our amazing supporters and additional details about the event. Proceeds from the Home Run Derby, Movie Night, 50/50, Raffles, and T-shirts sales are benefiting Moffitt Cancer Center's ground breaking GI Cancer Research activities.
