This beautiful 2.9-mile, easy-level trail is just 18 miles west of Atlanta’s city center and features a well-marked and maintained trail—ideal for all fitness levels.Together, we’ll slow down, connect with nature, and connect with each other in a supportive and reflective space.WHAT TO EXPECTWe’ll begin with warm introductions to each other and to the land, followed by a few shared agreements for our time together. Along the trail, you’ll be invited to take part in:Grounding meditation exercisesGuided reflection and discussion promptsLight journalingIntentional pauses to breathe, reset, and enjoy the sceneryAll participation is completely optional and based on your comfort level.
