In a small, welcoming group, you’ll learn the foundations you need to walk into any yoga class with confidence.
I have been practicing yoga for more than 40 years and teaching since 2014.
Each week I will guide you through:
� A new breathing technique
� Learn new poses and how to modify the pose for you
� Clear guidance you can take into any class
� Simple meditation practices
� Deep relaxation to end every session
� Personal support and short 10 minute video to practice at home.
By the end of the five weeks, you’ll feel calm, confident, and ready to explore the wider world of yoga—knowing you have the tools to practice safely.
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to the mat after a break.
