Camelback RoadFictionIn Chaco Canyon, New Mexico, Leaphorn and Chee investigate the disappearance of anthropologist Eleanor Friedman-Bernal and the theft of Anasazi artifacts. Leaphorn deals with personal loss while Chee uncovers a stolen backhoe and two M**der victims linked to the missing anthropologist's gun. Working mostly separately but sharing findings, they must examine the site's history to solve the case.Our book club provides a relaxed and cozy setting. Each month, we gather to explore and discuss a book with a regional focus. These thoughtfully curated selections of non-fiction and fiction will provide the opportunity to delve into the rich tapestry of our local culture and history.As an added treat, every month we will feature a new artisanal tea to sample from Ribbons Tea House and sample some retro vinyl from Deadwax Records as we explore engaging books together.Whether you are an avid reader or just looking for a pleasant way to spend an evening, our book club welcomes everyone. Meetings will be on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. We look forward to evenings of great books and engaging discussion!FREE EVENT
