Zumba Gold®️ CHAIR class

A FUN, weekly dance workout with easy to follow choreography that has been adapted to CHAIR exercise.

We explore a variety of rhythms including salsa, flamenco, Bollywood, jive etc to all kinds of Latin and pop music.

Special consideration is given to ease of movement, mobility and range of motion.

You need to be a member of Alton’s U3A group.

Prepare for exercise with fun and laughter! What is not to like!!!
