Iron Forge Gym, ownder by the very awesome Phil Horwood, a true devotee of the equipped world, as well the amazing equipped team at Iron Forge Gym are long time promoters and we are proud to have them!! They host very lifter orientated and supportive competitions and have ALL the equpement! A great compettion for the big hitters as well as the new comers and everyone is treated equally. This competition is aimed at lifters of all levels.

Entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. 

You  will need a current 2025 membership  AT WEIGH IN. Memberships are now INSTANT! You will recieve an automatic email when you join which will have your membership number in the header of the email and in the body text. There will also be a PDF attached to the email, this is a copy of the emailm again with your new memership mumber in the body text. You MUST show this email at weigh in, If you do not produice this at weigh in – You will not be permitted to weigh in.  

If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your  membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
