We invite you to stop and receive you and where you are at!!  Time to make you a priority!!

We will hold poses for 2-5 minutes, breathe into what you feel!   As we hold and feel we can connect deeper, we can maybe meet what we hold, maybe accept a little more of self, knowing that the body holds so much of past and present.  As we feel without judgement, we normalise that we all are on a journey, sometimes challenging, sometimes there is resistance and maybe emotions arise!!!  
Let’s meet more of what is, accept and breathe and move towards letting go.   This can take time, so offering sacred space for you to unfold is our intention as we connect in with the heart, opening more, with kindness to self and awareness. 

We will then lay down for deep relaxation with the enchanted sound of the crystal bowls.   Creating a space for the feelings, emotions and thoughts that were awakened through the yin yoga to be processed and alchemised all in harmony with the current collective energy at play. 

This monthly practice will be the week after the Autumn Equinox, a time of harmony, equilibrium, stillness when day and night meet in perfect balance.
