Come join me in sacred space on Saturday 27th June 2026 at the Nimbin Bush Theatre for a special winter event, celebrating the whales migration and the wisdom of our cetacean family.  This event will be two days before the Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn of 29th June 2026, the first full moon after the winter solstice. 

A perfect time to go inwards through the portal of your soul.

We breathe together and we journey beyond the limitations of our mind with the enchanted sound of the crystal bowls. Come as you are, leave feeling anchored and rested.

Those sessions are tailored to move and process emotions and energies through the mind, body, soul connection.

? Breathwork - 9: 30 am to 10:00 am . Use of gentle heart breathwork flow techniques to connect to the multi dimensional heart of the Whales. 

? Sound Journey Meditation with Amma - 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

? Breathwork and Discussion - 11:00 am 11:30 am. Use of gentle heart breathwork flow for integration and open discussion on experience.

I am a certified Nalu Breathwork Facilitator, a gentle heart centered conscious breathwork modality and also provide one on one and/or group guided meditation and sound journey meditation through my quantum healing practice.

This is an invitation to your soul, your inner wisdom. A space to dive deep into reconnecting to your whole being by tuning into becoming the observer of your mind with breathwork and going beyond the mind with the sound journey guided meditation. A rounded practice of harmony and equilibrium.

This is a treat for the senses, a space of shifting of energies and where deep restorative mindset can occur.

This event is perfect if you wish to:

? Shift energies such as tension, stress, anxiety
? Discover Conscious Breathwork by connecting to your breath, your emotions, your mind
? Experience relaxation and attunement to the current collective energies

Please arrive 15 minutes early to set-up and settle.
