Please join us for the next instalment in our LFO series featuring
Aureolin Ya-Ya (Nick Pike and James Hopkinson)
Sonic collaborators from the banks of The Brunswick River in Main Arm employing various hardware, software, digital and analogue instruments. Most recently, and with the LFO project/concert series in mind, Aureolin Ya-Ya have been experimenting with samples as a way to explore and modulate audience perception of memory and the sometimes uncomfortable and challenging historical narratives towards experimentation in sound - whilst paying homage to the pioneers of the Avant Garde, Fluxus and Minimal genres.
Reptile (Ben Hayes and Leif Arwen Gifford)
Brisbane based multi pronged noise experimentalists rooted in unfolding contemporary modes of audio and material deconstruction and detritus. Reptile employ rhythm and noise to push against the technological limitations of their equipment, always seeking the soft gooey centre of visceral embodiment.

Stasis Duo (Adam Sussman and Matt Earle)
Long running duo composed of Jiggi based Adam Sussman and Brisbane based Matt Earle. Stasis Duo explore ambient tonal landscapes that hover in the minimalist sonic fog of failing and straining electricity. Cushioning the restlessness of so much of the noise output in recent times with a willingness to open the field to drift and weightlessness.
