This hands-on workshop is designed to give you practical knowledge and confidence in creating your own herbal first-aid kit and working with the healing plants growing all around us.

Together we will explore herbal lore and foundational principles of herbal medicine, learn about first-aid plants suited to our local climate, and create your own herbal salve to take home.

About our facilitator Tatiana:

Founded by Tatiana Lustre Dawn, Alchemilla Herbals is a small Northern NSW business with a big heart; empowering people to take their health into their own hands. 
Through growing, foraging, harvesting and crafting medicinal preparations, Tatiana helps people rediscover plants as trusted allies and develop a deeper, more conscious relationship with the natural world.
