Kundalini Yoga at The Morton Arboretum

Kundalini Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, mantra chanting, and meditation. It is designed to help you connect with your inner energy and raise awareness of your body and mind.

Age: 16 and older

- Member cost: $17

What to Know
- This class requires a yoga mat.
- Classes will be held in our open air pavilion or entirely outdoors, weather permitting.
- Please bring water.
