You are signing up for the full 1-week session. The class runs Monday–Friday, and registration includes all five days. Individual days cannot be selected.
 
Designed for ages 7–11, this series combines creativity with essential kitchen skills as your budding chef explores everything from breakfast classics with a twist to their very own desserts. With instruction from professional chefs, they’ll learn the science behind baking, practice safe food prep, mix doughs and fillings, and master frosting and decorating techniques. Throughout the week, they’ll build an understanding of textures, timing and presentation—developing the confidence to cook, bake, and create like little culinary pros.

What To Expect: Hands On Class

You will work in groups of 4 with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment.

Classes are roughly 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted
This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.  We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
