Do you love stuffed deep dish pizza but don't know how to make it at home? Look no further—this is the class for you. We’ll make a classic Chicago deep dish stuffed pizza from start to finish. We’ll talk about flour, the yeast you're using, and water temperature—you get it; we’ll fully nerd out on pizza. Then we’ll make our dough and discuss rolling it in a pan, filling it, and baking it in a home oven. You will leave with a pizza and a deep dish pan of your own, along with all the knowledge and equipment you need to make your own Chicago stuffed pizza at home!

What To Expect: Hands On Pizza Class
You will work individually with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Pizzaiolo. Each student will receive a deep dish pan and ingredients to make your own pizza at home!
Work from a classic recipe for authentic Italian pizza
Classes are roughly 3 hours, unless otherwise noted
This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen and will use pizza stones
Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
