We're opening up this month's workshop to invite those who have already attended the Introductory workshop. So, if you'd like to continue your healing journal, please join us.

For those attending for the first time, you don’t need to be an artist, writer, or even remotely crafty - just curious. This isn’t about producing a perfect page; it’s about giving your mind a place to land.

You’ll spend a peaceful time exploring how a handmade journal can become your own quiet companion.

Penny will guide you through creative journalling techniques which can promote your wellbeing and support your healing journey.

All whilst sticking, layering, and designing pages that invite reflection.

You’ll leave with your own tactile journal-in-progress, a few mindful habits to take home, and the kind of peace that only comes from creating with paper while someone else makes the tea.

The total cost of the workshop, including materials and refreshments, is £25. For returning attendees, it's just £15.
