The Siblython returns in 2026 in conjunction with the Siblyback Lake Gecko Gathering on Sat 13th June!
An 8 hour endurance event around the 4.8km Siblyback lake, complete a minimum of 3 laps to claim your Siblython medal!, 4.4 laps for a half marathon. 9 laps for a marathon, or keep going and see how many miles you can mount up before the clock stops!
Siblython - 10am
There is no time limit on resting periods other than the duration of the event.
You are allowed to leave the rest area to go to the toilet etc, but you must return prior to starting another lap.
You must start and finish each lap at the starting point.
You must have commenced your final lap prior to 6.30pm.
We will have a rest area with fluids plus salt & sugar snacks at the start / finish point for you.
Once you have started a lap you must complete it in order for it too count (not come back in from the wrong direction).
When you retire, you must ring the bell of doom.
Camping available on site, the Café will be open, Free race photography, personalised bibs, everyone receives a Siblython 2026 medal with awards for the top finishers!
Minimum age for this event is 18 years.
