Maybe you just enjoy a good cuppa and a chat? If so, Dance Together is for you! Everyone is welcome, whatever your age, energy, or ability.

No need to book - drop in!
Where: Liskerrett Community Centre, Liskeard, PL14 4AP

When: Wednesdays, 2-3.30pm (in school term time)  - we will be returning back on 22nd April and our last session will be 8th July.
There will be no session on May 27th.

Cost: This is FREE! 

Parking: There are limited disabled parking spaces in the Liskerrett car park and a short walk away in the Market Car Park

Disabled Access: Parking at Liskerrett Centre, ramp access to the hall, disabled toilet

Sessions are led by Lois Taylor, co director of Dance Centred with support from dance artist Erica Stretch. Both Lois & Erica are trained, professional dancers with Lois having a background in care practice and teaching and  Erica in teaching and yoga. Sessions will provide movement to help build strength, increase joint mobility and stretch out muscles.

You’re free to move at your own pace—seated or standing, gently or with more energy—whatever feels right for your body. There’s no pressure, just the freedom to enjoy movement your way using great music. At the end of each session, we come together for a cuppa and a friendly chat. Newcomers are welcome any time.
