# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Sound Meditation by Sacred Sounds with Janel
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 25 Oct, 2026 at 05:00 pm – Sun, 25 Oct, 2026 at 06:15 pm (-05:00)
- **Event Description**: As the days grow shorter and the earth begins its slow turn toward winter, we are invited to do the same—to settle, soften, and come home to ourselves. 🌕🍂

Join us at Starlight Yoga in Lisbon for a special Sound Meditation with Sacred Sounds with Janel, centered on grounding and preparing for the season ahead.

Through the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and sacred sound, we’ll create space to release some of what we’ve been carrying, quiet the noise, and reconnect with the steady ground beneath us.

And there is something especially beautiful about the timing: the following evening brings the Full Moon—a natural threshold for reflection, release, and making space for what comes next.

Come as you are. We will supply mats, bolsters and blankets but feel free to bring anything you need to rest comfortably. No meditation experience is necessary.

🍂 Ground into the earth
🌕 Prepare for the Full Moon
✨ Release what you don’t need to carry into winter
🔔 Rest in the healing landscape of sound

A quiet evening to listen inward before winter asks us to slow down.
