Dear Friend, 
 
Are you familiar with NAMIWalks, our local event that pushes grassroots to greatness, all in the name of mental health? Maybe you’ve participated or donated before to our community’s lifeline to wellness?

Well, this year (May 16, 2026) we are not only participating in NAMIWalks…We are NAMIWalks — throwing ourselves into the movement with all our might. We want to hit the ground running and we sure could use your help. Will you support us by making a donation to help us reach our goal of raising $25,000?

The money goes towards keeping our local NAMI operating at full strength. Funds raised through our annual event support free top-rated programs while spreading awareness, reducing stigma and creating inspirational bonds among so many mental health supporters.

Many participants join NAMIWalks to be part of something bigger than themselves, to leverage their passion for a cause that dominates headlines and hits close to home. Few people we know escape the effects of mental health challenges, whatever they may be: related to a situation in their lives or the world, or perhaps a mental illness that has stubbornly drained their energy and resources over the years.

We work very closely with people with mental illness and their family and friends through classes and support groups. Any donation helps these programs stay free to the community. We serve Columbiana County, Ohio. Our local efforts stay local and make a big difference in many lives.
