Festival Schedule:
8:30–10:30 AM – Bake Sale (Donations welcome!)
9:00–10:00 AM – Church Service
11:00 AM – Baked Potato Bar with all the toppings-Desserts Included!
Kids Menu: Mac & Cheese and Chicken nuggets
Cost: Adults: $10 Ages 6–10: $5 Ages 5 & under: FREE
11:30 AM – Live Auction Begins
50/50 Raffle Board ( Do not need to be present to win)
50/50 Arm span Raffle -must be present to win
Door Prizes (must be present to win) & kids activities
Silent Auction Ends – 15 minutes after the live auction ends
Silent Auction Details:
Online Bidding Opens: Thursday, October 9th at 6:00pm
Online Bidding Closes: Saturday, October 12th at 12:00pm
In-Person Bidding: Sunday, October 12th starting at 8:30am in the Fellowship Hall
