This practical and experiential workshop is designed for those who want to deepen their inversion practice
through intelligent progressions, partner work, and hands-on assisting techniques, we’ll explore the foundations of safe inversions from Headstand and Forearm Balance to Handstand, focusing on alignment, strength, and nervous-system support.
You’ll learn:
-Anatomical principles of inverted postures and shoulder safety
-Progressive drills to build strength and mobility
-Understand you own unique alignment, you strengths and areas of improvement
-How to cultivate calm and clarity—on and off the mat
