Expect to build stability through the shoulders and core, awaken inner focus and learn how to take flight confidently.

This practical and experiential workshop is designed for those who want to deepen their inversion practice

through intelligent progressions, partner work, and hands-on assisting techniques, we’ll explore the foundations of safe inversions from Headstand and Forearm Balance to Handstand, focusing on alignment, strength, and nervous-system support.

You’ll learn:

-Anatomical principles of inverted postures and shoulder safety
-Progressive drills to build strength and mobility
-Understand you own unique alignment, you strengths and areas of improvement
-How to cultivate calm and clarity—on and off the mat
-This is a space for curiosity, connection, courage and personal transformation.

The investment for this 3hour Workshop is 70€
