Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and energetic practice. Based on the Primary series of traditional yoga, popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. By practicing Ashtanga yoga we strengthen a healthy body and mindset. Through an internal cleaning process, we purify our nervous system and organs. The supportive vocal adjustments and modifications, to build up slowly, are offered during the practice.
The classes are accessible to all levels of experience and a great way to begin with Ashtanga. After a few sessions we already notice the benefits from this pure and holistic practice. We offer you half- up to full Primary Led classes (strong) on Tuesday. Short forms (softer) on Thursday. During full and new moon we practice the Chandra moon sequence and meditation.
It is recommended to combine Ashtanga yoga with Yin yoga classes. This combination provides a beautiful balance.
Be guided with vocal adjustments and posture demonstration. We will respect your privacy. No public exposure. For more information, please contact the teacher. Practices are guided in English, Português explanation is possible.
