Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and energetic practice. Based on the Primary series of traditional yoga, popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. By practicing Ashtanga yoga we strengthen a healthy body and mindset. Through an internal cleaning process, we purify our nervous system and organs. The supportive vocal adjustments and modifications, to build up slowly, are offered during the practice.
The classes are accessible to all levels of experience and a great way to begin with Ashtanga. After a few sessions we already notice the benefits from this pure and holistic practice. We offer you half- up to full Primary Led classes (strong) on Tuesday. Short forms (softer) on Thursday. During full and new moon we practice the Chandra moon sequence and meditation.
There is the possibility of combining Ashtanga Yoga classes with Yin Yoga classes. This combination gives our body the balance and exercise it really needs and therefore we recommend it. https://www.facebook.com/events/524573518431798/
