2025 Hoppel's Championship Rodeo

Get ready for the 2025 Hoppel’s Championship Rodeo – it’s our 40th anniversary, and we’re going all out to make this the biggest and best rodeo yet!

Join us on July 4th & 5th for a weekend packed with thrilling rodeo action, family fun, and patriotic pride. This incredible milestone celebrates 40 years of rodeo tradition, and we’re making it one to remember!

We’re proudly sanctioned by the IPRA and APRA, bringing you eight action-packed events: bareback & saddle bronc riding, team roping, breakaway roping, steer wrestling, calf roping, barrel racing, and of course, the fan-favorite bull riding.

🎆 July 4th is Veterans Night. Admission is free to veterans with proper identification. Enjoy a breathtaking fireworks show and an Operation Flags of Freedom display of Old Glory.

🎶 July 5th keeps the excitement going with contestant slack and an after-party featuring a classic country DJ.

There’s something for everyone – including kid-friendly activities during intermission. Come early to enjoy a variety of delicious options from our food trucks - featuring wood-fired pizza, Philly steak, sausage sandwiches, meatball subs, stuffed grilled cheese, baked potatoes, fries, hot dogs, homemade ice cream, kettle corn, candy, refreshing drinks - including alcoholic beverages from local breweries - and more! Be sure to browse our amazing local vendors offering western-themed items, permanent jewelry, souvenir t-shirts and sweatshirts, and unique finds. All set in a one-of-a-kind outdoor atmosphere, you won’t want to miss it!

You might even have the chance to meet the cowboys, cowgirls, bullfighters, and our rodeo clown, and maybe even ride a bull! Don’t forget to stop by our interactive photo booth to get your one-of-a-kind souvenir picture taken - it’s the perfect way to capture the memory!

Gates open at 5:00 PM, and the Rodeo starts at 7:00 PM, rain or shine. Lawn Seating Only - Don’t forget your blankets and lawn chairs.
