From Kiln to Kettle: A Craft Malt Exploration Workshop

Presented by the Maine Brewers' Guild Technical Committee, this half-day event is designed to provide an immersive, hands-on educational experience for professional brewers seeking to learn more about malt — from production and processing to sensory application. Brewers, buyers, and beverage professionals will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of base and specialty malts, explore ingredient selection, and connect with local suppliers.
