Workshop: The Art of Vulnerability

About the workshop:

The Art of Vulnerability is a workshop designed to help you explore what real vulnerability feels like, why it’s essential for deep connection, and how to bring more honesty, openness, and presence into your relationships.

We all crave closeness, yet many of us are afraid of being truly seen. We learn to hide behind masks, to appear strong, agreeable, or “fine” .. worried that our real selves might be judged or misunderstood. But without vulnerability, connection can only exist at the surface.

In this workshop, we’ll explore what keeps us guarded, what we need in order to feel safe opening up, and how to show up with more honesty in our relationships. Through group conversations, partner sharing, and a guided subconscious exploration, you’ll discover how liberating it can feel to simply be yourself, without performing or pretending.

In this workshop you will:

🌀 Learn what vulnerability is and what it isn’t

🌀 Identify the fears and protective patterns that keep you from opening up

🌀 ⁠⁠Understand what you personally need to feel safe being seen

🌀 ⁠⁠⁠Experience a guided exercise to uncover your blocks to vulnerability

🌀 Practice honest, supportive sharing that deepens real connection

This workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more like themselves in their relationships and who’s ready to explore what gets in the way of being fully seen.

This workshop is part of a series led by Anna Drabik and Philippe Hennin, co-authors of A Love Plan and co-founders of Masters in Relationship, a learning initiative dedicated to creating healthier, more connected relationships.
