Often called “The Dance of Vision”, by removing visual distractions and tuning into your inner landscape, this practice opens the door to wellbeing, emotional release, and deep clarity.~ To gently land after the journey, we’ll close with a sauna session. The warmth of the sauna helps the body unwind, encourages detoxification, soothes the nervous system, and creates space for integration.
