Join us for a lovely Sunday afternoon of well-being and practice in Lisbon.

About this Event

We’ll gather SUN the 14.12, at the cozy “a-sala wellness hub” (right in front of the Parliament) from 1pm - 5pm for an afternoon of Yoga, meditation, stress management workshop, and finish with gentle Pilates


In the crew we have:

Noam: A yoga & meditation teacher since 2013, infused with years of Chi Gong practice, mindfulness, Zen Buddhism, sports & movement. He is the Owner of “Office Yoga - wellness for corporations" , events facilitator & a dj.

Isabella: a trained and certified naturopath, and also holds years of experience as an events organizer, restaurant & bar manager, and a belly dancer teacher.

Karin: A Pilates teacher for 15 years who loves guiding mindful, intelligent movement. She focus on alignment, stability, and building strength from within.

Timetable:

-13:00 Hatha Yoga

-14:00 Stress management workshop

-15:00 Introduction to Meditation

-16:00 Pilates

Please bring your mat if you have one (if not there are plenty at the studio), comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, perhaps a thin fabric to cover.

* Hatha yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to prepare the body and mind for relaxation and meditation. It is the foundation of most modern yoga styles.

* Stress MGMT workshop: A basic introduction to stress management: what is stress? How does it affect our system? Some guidelines on how to reduce stress (short or long term).

* Meditation is a mental practice where you train your attention & awareness to become more calm, focused, and present. In this session we’ll go over what meditation is, we’ll sit for 2 sessions, and give daily tips for better living.

* Pilates is a physical exercise method designed to strengthen the body—especially the core (abs, lower back, hips, glutes)—while improving posture, flexibility, and controlled movement.

A-sala wellness hub is a small studio which offers Yoga classes, Pilates, Tai Chi & space rentals for therapists & teachers.
