This is your chance to take a moment to yourself following the busy-ness of December and Christmas, and really consider what you want the coming year to look like, a time to set clear intentions with love, joy and authenticity in mind so that you can be the very best versions of yourself.
We will also include a deep relaxation session in which you can rest and recharge before stepping out into the real world and the new year.
This offering will include ::
A 75 minute slow flow Yoga practice (just 55 minutes of movement) enjoying traditional flow sequences whilst also exploring some more playful and alternative options, to harness creativity within and entice you to step into your power.
A delicious and nutritious plant-based brunch including home-made energy balls and cleansing power juices (we can cater for all dietary requirements)
Herbal teas, “proper” coffee and refreshments throughout the day
Journalling and Vision board session – a powerful and creative way to inspire and manifest!
Healing Sound Bath for deep relaxation
