We are excited to invite you to a residential Seminar on the island of Lipari, a hidden gem of the famous Aeolian islands.

Villa Azzura Lipari and Brazilian abstract painter Cristine Balarine are proud to present an exclusive art retreat in the paradisiac Lipari Island, UNESCO natural heritage. The retreat includes a series of unique art workshops designed for those keen on developing their artistic feel for abstract painting combined with relax leisure time and discovery - beginners and absolute beginners welcomed.
THE LOCATION
You will stay at Villa Azzura, an eco-chic deluxe villa offering breathtaking views of the entire Aeolian archipelago following the course of the sun from sunrise to sunset. Surrounded by beautiful terrasses, the villa is nestled in a secluded volcanic corner of the island, surrounded by vineyards and stunning nature.
YOUR ART MENTOR
Your ‘art coach’ will be Brazilian-born contemporary artist Cristine Balarine. Cristine devotes her life to abstract painting. Based on the Aeolian Islands, her work has been exhibited in international galleries such as Sotheby’s & Saatchi, at the London and Florence Biennale, as well as at World Art Dubai.

•	Creative Exploration: Guided sessions will help you tap into your artistic intuition, focusing on the flow of form, color, and texture in abstract painting. Whether you're a an absolute or passionate beginner, you’ll receive personalized guidance to start your practice.
•	Stunning Surroundings: You'll be staying on Lipari in the UNESCO listed Eolian Islands—an untouched paradise of volcanic landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant sunsets. The stunning natural scenery will not only inspire your artwork but also provide a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere to fuel your creativity.
•	Discover the Archipelago: Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to explore these unique islands. From the dramatic cliffs of Lipari to the open thermal bath of Vulcano or the beautiful green Salina, you'll experience the cultural and natural richness of the archipelago in ways that will deeply influence your art.
•	Small Group Experience: With a limited number of participants (min. 4), you’ll enjoy one-on-one coaching and an intimate, supportive environment where you can share your journey with like-minded artists.
