Since I practice CI I was always interested in flying. I remember doing a lot of muscle work, trying, making mistakes and getting injured. That was very exciting but not very safe. I felt it is an amazing thing to leave the ground, to find freedom being lost in space. Now I am more cautious, and I go to spaces which are safe for me and my dance partners, so flying comes when the opportunity appears out of the dance. 
Can it really happen out of an improvisation?  My answer is yes! We just need to create the conditions

We will:

. investigate an inner flow of nourishment.
. work with embryological consciousness for a soft and malleable inner axis.
. visit principles of material for the spine to curve into our partner axis.explore some CI principles like going with, amplifying, bouncing.
. invite our spine as our most intelligent limb.
. swing and play with the endless gifts of momentum.
see, greet each others and have fun!

LEVEL: for this workshop previous experience and understanding of CI basic skills is required. The progression and evolution of the material will depend on the group availability and engagement, we make it together!
